Designed for the green transition

Aero™ is designed for a variety of energy and propulsion solutions; traditional MGO, hybrid or zero-emission. The long slender hull is optimized to handle increased system weights, typically batteries, in an efficient manner. The flat surfaced roof area is perfect for installation of solar panels.

Modern interior

With Aero™ the passengers can luxuriate in the interior of the future. Low noise and vibrations, streamlined interior design, good ventilation, comfortable seats and good crew quarters.

Peak efficiency

Aero™ is approximately 10% more energy efficient compared to conventional fast ferry designs on two decks, with the same passenger capacity. This is achieved by introducing a low wind signature/cross section design, paired with longer hulls and a light-weighted one deck super structure. All of course built in carbon fiber composites.

Seakeeping

With its protected bow and low wind-signature, Aero™ is well suited for rough weather operations. The slender hull is equipped with spray rails and extra buoyancy volumes in the bow section, and has in adverse weather tests proved to handle large waves in a highly efficient and comfortable way.

Modular design

Aero™ is modularly designed, with flexibility to optimize the vessels for every operation. The hull can be molded in different lengths for optimized efficiency, based on weight from e.g., passengers, batteries and cargo. The front can be opened or fitted for embarkment, and the wheelhouse can be modified with windows tilted forward. Everything bespoken to ensure the best possible functionality and efficiency for each vessel.
